Every public tender for software. One weekly list.
11,178 notices from Find a Tender and TED, refreshed every Monday.
01Sound familiar?
Two portals, two data formats and twenty-odd languages
- 01
Find a Tender and TED don’t talk to each other
UK notices sit on Find a Tender, EU notices on TED. They search differently and don’t even share code lists, so you end up checking both.
- 02
English keywords miss most of the list
Poland, Germany and Spain publish 7,197 of the 11,178 notices on file, mostly in their own languages. A Polish hospital buying PACS software writes in Polish, and your search for “imaging software” never sees it.
- 03
Watching portals is nobody’s job
In a ten-person company there is no bid team. Notices get checked when someone remembers, usually after the deadline.

02What you get
One list, sorted by what fits you
- 01
Both sources, one list
Find a Tender (UK) and TED (EU) are pulled in every Monday and merged into one format.
- 02
A score you can read
Each notice gets 0–100 from five parts: CPV, keywords, value, days to deadline and buyer history.
- 03
Deadlines up front
Notices closing within 7 days sit on their own tab. Expired ones drop to the end of the list.
- 04
The buyer behind it
Open a buyer to see what else they buy and the average value of their contracts.
03Who it’s for
Built for teams with no bid department
Software & e-learning firms, 1–50 people
You want public-sector work but nobody on the team is paid to watch portals. Set your CPV codes once; the list does the watching.
UK suppliers looking at EU buyers
Almost all of the list comes from TED: notices from 15 countries, in the same table as the UK ones and sorted the same way.
Research, analytics and R&D teams
Switch on CPV 73 and 79 and the ranking follows your codes rather than keyword luck.
04How it works
Three steps, about five minutes the first time
- 1
Set your profile
CPV codes, keywords, value range in EUR, countries and the minimum days you need to bid.
- 2
Read the week’s list
Every notice is scored. The best fits come first; what closes in 7 days has its own tab.
- 3
Open the notice, then the source
Check the reasons behind the score, then go to Find a Tender or TED for the documents.
05Why it scored 73
Every score comes with its reasons
Rules you can check, not a black box. CPV match carries 35%, keywords 25%, value and days to deadline 15% each, buyer history 10%. When something counts against a notice, the panel says so in plain words.
Sweden – IT services: consulting, software development, Internet and support

- ✓ Value within your target range
- ✕ Only 1 day left — less than your 7-day minimum

07Questions
Questions
Where do the notices come from? Is that allowed?
From Find a Tender (UK, Open Government Licence v3) and TED (EU, © European Union, reuse allowed with attribution). Both are open data. Tenderdex only reads them and never publishes anything.
How fresh is the list?
It is refreshed every Monday at 06:00 UTC, after both portals publish the previous week’s notices.
I only read English.
Where TED provides an English title you see it; otherwise the title stays in the original language, and the CPV code and buyer still tell you what the contract is about.
Do I need an account?
No. The list works without signing up. Your supplier profile is kept for this browser under a random id, with no name or email attached. Clear your browser data and you start with an empty profile.
Will it write my bid?
No. Tenderdex finds and ranks notices and sends you to the official source. Bid writing and CRM are out of scope.
